Pulsar

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 16, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what data Pulsar (“we”, “us”) handles when you use pulsar.trading, why, and who else sees it. Pulsar has no accounts: you never give us your name, email or phone number to swap.

1. Public by nature: blockchains

Wallet addresses and transactions on public blockchains such as Solana are visible to everyone, permanently. Anyone can see the swaps your wallet makes, through Pulsar or otherwise. We cannot hide or delete anything on-chain.

2. What we collect and store

  • Your public wallet address when you connect a wallet, to show balances, quotes and your activity. We never receive your private keys or seed phrase.
  • Records of swaps made through Pulsar: the transaction signature, wallet address, tokens, amounts, the route and provider, status and time. We keep them in our database to show your swap history and to measure how Pulsar is used (volumes, fees, routes).
  • Technical data: like any website, our hosting provider receives your IP address, browser details and request logs when you load pages or call our server. We use them only to run, secure and debug the service.

3. What stays in your browser

Pulsar stores a few things in your browser’s local storage, on your device only: your settings (slippage, explorer, display options), the last wallet you connected (for mobile wallets, also its connection authorization), and receipts of recent swaps that our server could not record right away (they are sent to us when the server is reachable again). You can clear them at any time in your browser’s settings.

We do not use cookies, analytics, tracking pixels or advertising networks.

4. Who else sees your data

To work, Pulsar sends requests to services we rely on. Each receives only what it needs:

  • Swap and data providers (currently Jupiter): token pairs, amounts and your wallet address to build quotes and transactions, and to execute signed swaps; token lists and prices.
  • Blockchain RPC providers (such as Helius): your wallet address to read balances, and your signed transactions to send them to the network.
  • Hosting and database providers: they store and process the data above on our behalf. They may be located in the United States or other countries.
  • Token logo hosts: your browser loads token images directly from third-party servers, which see your IP address.
  • Your wallet and block explorers: your wallet app handles signing under its own policy; explorer links open third-party sites with their own policies.

We do not sell your data and do not share it for advertising. We may disclose data if required by law or to protect Pulsar and its users from fraud or abuse.

5. How long we keep it

Swap records are kept as long as they are needed for your swap history and for our statistics. Server logs are kept only for a short period by our hosting provider. On-chain data cannot be deleted by anyone.

6. Your choices and rights

  • You can use Pulsar without connecting a wallet to browse tokens and prices.
  • You can disconnect your wallet and clear your browser’s storage at any time.
  • You can ask us what we hold about your wallet, or ask us to delete our off-chain records of it, by writing to pulsar.team.info@gmail.com. We may ask you to prove you control the wallet, for example by signing a message.
  • Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local data protection laws.

7. Security

We keep stored data to a minimum and protect it with access controls and encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure; the most important safeguard is that we never have your keys.

8. Children

Pulsar is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes

We may update this policy as Pulsar changes; the date at the top shows the latest version.

10. Contact
